2026 (ACP) Pavement Resurfacing
Project Description:
Pavement Resurfacing ACP (Asphalt Concrete Pavement “Hot Mix”) for Township Road 524 (Range Road 15 to Range Road 21) & Range Road 21 (Township Road 524 to Township Road 523).

Updates:
August 31, 2026: Construction to start September 1, 2026, weather dependent. Please see the construction notice attached.
August 2026: Construction contract was awarded to Border Paving Ltd. Construction on Township Road 524 and Range Road 21 anticipated to start in August/September. Willow Peak Estates Subdivision Road was deleted from the program due to insufficient funding in 2026.
June 2026: RFQ posted. Construction anticipated to start in July/August.
May 2026: Engineering design being finalized with RFQ anticipated to be posted in June.
March 2026: Engineering consultant has been engaged to complete the asphalt surfacing engineering design; construction is anticipated to start as early as July 2026.
