Project Description:
Pavement Rehabilitation at RR 14 from Highway 16 to Twp 534.
Scope of Work:
The project scope includes removing existing asphalt surface and replacing it with new asphalt material.

Updates:
October 1, 2024: Line painting is delayed. The Consulting Engineer is currently surveying the finished road surface and reviewing guardrail installations.
September 25, 2024: Park-Aid has completed mainline paving and are currently working on paving approaches. Guardrail installment and minor clean up is ongoing. Line painting is scheduled for October 1, 2024, which is the last remaining construction activity before warranty will commence.
September 11, 2024: Park-Aid is completing crack repairs, followed by paving. Paving is expected to be complete by September 23, 2024, after which guardrail installment and line painting will commence.
September 2024: Milling the existing asphalt surface is now complete. Soft spot dig out repairs and side slope improvements are ongoing.
August 2024: Parkland County has hired Park-Aid Asphalt and Maintenance to complete the work. They are tentatively starting August 19, 2024. See the attached Contractor notice in the documents tab.
July 2024: Parkland County is currently awarding the work to a Contractor. Will update with a schedule.
May 2024: Parkland County is currently in the process of procuring a contractor to complete the work.
