Roads or subdivisions scheduled to start will have notice signs posted in the area where work is to take place. Work is performed in stages which includes cleaning the surface to prepare it for an application of asphalt binder (oil), the main road will be surfaced with ASBC first followed by residential approaches then intersections. The finished surface of the road will have another layer of oil placed towards the end of the construction season.
There will be some delays during each stage of construction please be patient and obey the traffic accommodation signs and flaggers.
