Parkland County is undertaking a traffic study in the Big Lake and Osbourne Acres areas to review existing traffic conditions and identify opportunities to improve safety and operations. The study will focus on speed limits, signage, and pavement markings within both communities.

Scope of Work:

The consultant will:

  • Review existing speed limits, signage, and pavement markings.
  • Identify deficiencies or areas of concern.
  • Provide recommendations to improve safety and traffic operations.
