Increased crime and suspicious activity near Twp Rd 514 and Rge Rd 265 leads to increased presence by Parkland County Enforcement Services (File 2022-2658)

On October 27, 2022, Parkland County Enforcement Services became aware of increased and repetitive suspicious activity in the vicinity of TWP 514 between RRD 265 and RRD 275 as well as TWP 511 between RRD 265 and RRD 275. After review, it was noted there was also an increase in property crime in this area. Enforcement services responded by increasing uniform presence in the area through proactive patrols and operations.


From October 27, 2022 to December 31, 2022, 14 saturation patrols were conducted in an effort to deter, disrupt and displace crime in the area.
