Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Reminder

Parkland County has received an increase in complaints related to Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) activity, particularly during after-school hours.

Residents are reminded that under the Parkland County Off-Highway Vehicle Bylaw:

  • All OHVs operated on County land must be registered and insured, with a valid license plate securely attached and clearly visible.
  • Riders are required to wear an approved helmet.
  • Operators must be at least 16 years of age and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
