Project Description:
Duffield Streetscape repairs and upgrades.
Scope of Work:
Highlight scope of work – conceptual design and construction to upgrade/repair the current road infrastructure and potentially address sidewalk and curb conditions. Currently on the design process and exploring three options for the levels of repair.

Est. Start date: Tentative construction date of Summer 2026.

October 2025: Parkland County is actively evaluating design options. Once a preferred design is finalized, the county will initiate a public engagement process to gather community feedback.
September 29, 2025: Notice – Single Lane closure on Monday, October 6th on 3rd Street/Range Road 32 from Railway Avenue to Fairchild Avenue
September 2025: No update
August 2025: V3 Companies of Canada is currently working on the project.
July 2025: RFP is complete. Project design has been awarded to V3 Companies of Canada.
May, 06, 2025: Project’s RFP has been completed and posted on Bonfire for consultants to review and bid on.
