Project Description:
Road asphalt surface rehabilitation in the Helenslea area subdivisions.
Scope of Work:
The project is currently under warranty by the contractor until August 2024.
Schedule:
Surface reviews are ongoing and weed control in landscaped areas is planned during June 2024. Any deficiencies to be addressed prior to end of warranty period.
Schedule can change without notice, follow page for monthly updates.

September 2024: The project has now been successfully completed.
July 5, 2024: The weed spraying has been completed by the contractor and residents can resume mowing in front of their homes. Thank you for all the cooperation.
June 26, 2024: Weed spray application (from the road edge into the ditch) is scheduled for Friday June 28th. Please do not water these areas for 24 hours following application. This work is pending weather conditions and could be rescheduled for Saturday June 29th.
June 4, 2024: Weed control work is planned. See notification on the following page which is also to be delivered to your door today. See Picture of notice in the right navigation.
May 17, 2024: Planned site reviews before end of May by project team to monitor project.
