Proposed Bylaw 2025-12 User Guide

The Project Team has developed a User Guide to aid in the understanding of proposed Bylaw 2025-12.

The User Guide is intended to highlight each major component and key changes of Proposed Bylaw 2025-12. From our new Land Use Districts, how we have structured the document, and the use of planning tools such as overlays, specific development regulations, to some of the new uses that we have incorporated. We have also included an FAQ section on some of the common themes we’ve heard throughout the project
