Receipt of purchase and installation for wireless internet connection (must be purchased from a high-speed internet provider; e.g. Starlink or TELUS Hub - Faster or Fastest Plans). Please note that this rebate does not cover in-home equipment such as wireless routers.  

Receipt from your service provider demonstrating that your internet service connection is active and in use.
