Typically, the Parkland RCMP detachment has twelve Officers on duty responding to calls for service. This would be in addition to specialized units such as K9 units, crime reduction units and traffic units.
Parkland RCMP does respond to proactive patrol requests, however these patrols can vary depending on other calls for service and operational requirements. Parkland RCMP also shares these requests with Parkland County Peace Officers in an effort to maintain the efficiency of services provided.
