Land Use Bylaw 2025-12 Approved and In Effect

Following a multi-year collaborative process, Parkland County's new Land Use Bylaw (LUB) 2025-12 was adopted by Council following its third reading on May 27, 2025.

The new Land Use Bylaw is in effect immediately. You may view the updated Bylaw on the County's website or the project webpage.

How does the new LUB impact existing Planning and Development Applications?

Applications received before the new Land Use Bylaw 2025-12 comes into effect will still be subject to the previous Land Use Bylaw 2017-18.
