We’ve summarized the input from residents, businesses, community partners, into a ‘What We Heard’ report. The report highlights common themes, areas of alignment, and key insights that will guide finalization of the Strategic Plan.

The next step is for Council to review the updated Strategic Plan, which includes feedback from the engagement process, at the Council meeting on September 8, 2026.
