Numerous operations were conducted in these locations in efforts to deter, disrupt and displace crime. With the help of Parkland RCMP who attended some of these operations, scores of warnings and numerous violation tickets were issued.

During a thorough investigation, the officer determined that the vehicle was unregistered, uninsured and had a salvage title.
The driver was served with a number of violation tickets and summons. The potentially hazardous vehicle was towed and removed from the roadway.

PCES responded by conducting frequent patrols and operations in the area. One such patrol on September 16, 2023, resulted in a summons (automatic court appearance) to a driver for travelling at 164km/h in a 60 km/h zone in Acheson Zone 5.

After determining the vehicle was unregistered, the Officer initiated an investigation which determined the vehicle was also uninsured.
The driver was issued a summons for driving an uninsured motor vehicle and a violation ticket for driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

After determining the plate was not registered to any vehicle, the Officer initiated an investigation which determined the vehicle was both unregistered and uninsured.
The vehicle was towed and the driver was issued a summons for driving an uninsured motor vehicle and a violation ticket for driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

The Officer, targeting offenses statistically related to crime, identified a vehicle with expired registration. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was uninsured and the driver was suspended.
As a result of the investigation:
- The vehicle was impounded for 30 days
- The driver issued s summons for driving while unauthorized
- The driver was issued a summons for driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and
- the driver was issued a violation ticket for driving an unregistered vehicle

Share Expired Registration Leads to Arrest on Facebook Share Expired Registration Leads to Arrest on Twitter Share Expired Registration Leads to Arrest on Linkedin Email Expired Registration Leads to Arrest link20 Jan 2023On January 10, 2023, while conducting a community patrol in Acheson Industrial Area a Parkland County Enforcement Services Peace Officer queried a License Plate of a passing vehicle and determined the vehicle was unregistered. After initiating a traffic stop, the ensuing investigation revealed the driver, did not posses a valid operator's license and had 6 outstanding Criminal Code warrants.
Parkland County Enforcement Services Peace Officers issued two violation tickets and assisted Parkland RCMP in taking the driver into custody.

This increases our uniformed presence and acts to deter, disrupt and displace crime.
Update: Throughout 2022 Parkland County Enforcement Services conducted 134 saturation patrols and 53 operations.
Throughout the patrols and operations Parkland County Peace Officers encountered numerous offences statistically related to crime including:
- Driving while suspended
- Driving without subsisting registration
- Driving without insurance
- Unauthorized use of a license plate
- Outstanding form 7 warrants
- Outstanding form 21 warrants
- Disturbing the peace
