Entwistle Area Structure Plan (ASP) Rescinding
Parkland County is modernizing its approach to Area Structure Plans (ASP), including rescinding the Entwistle ASP, to help make the County's planning process more consistent, flexible, and user-friendly for residents, landowners, businesses and applicants.
The goals of the project are to:
1. Align ASP policies to the County ’s plans and initiatives;
2. Streamline services to reduce overall red tape;
3. Make ASPs living documents that are flexible and adaptable; and
4. Create policies and plans that are user friendly.

How Will This Feedback Be Used?
Feedback from the What We Heard Report will be considered when preparing an administrative report for Council to formally rescind the Entwistle Area Structure Plan. This report will include a recommendation from administration, a summary of the project including public engagement findings, and how the proposed recommendation aligns with the County’s Strategic Plan.
